Return & Refund Policy – Aalvee.com

At Aalvee, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. We always aim to provide high-quality Ihram wear, modest fashion, and household essentials that meet your expectations. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. 

 

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if: 

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged item. 
  • The product you received differs from the description or image on our website. 
  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery

Please note: Due to hygiene and religious reasons, Ihram clothing, Hijab, Abaya, and other wearable items cannot be returned or exchanged once worn, washed, or used. 

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure product safety and hygiene, the following items are non-returnable

  • Ihram clothing and accessories 
  • Hijabs, Khimars, Abayas 
  • Undergarments or personal wear 
  • Baby clothing and accessories 
  • Used or washed items 
  • Sale, discount, or clearance items 

 

  1. Return Process

If your item meets the return criteria: 

  1. Email us at support@aalvee.com within 3 days of receiving the product. 
  1. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos of the issue. 
  1. Our support team will verify your claim and provide the return instructions. 

Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 

 

  1. Refund or Replacement

Once your return is approved: 

  • Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost. 
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. 

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. 

 

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. 

After that, processing begins, and cancellation is not possible. 

 

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or not delivered within the estimated timeframe: 

  • Please contact us with your order details. 
  • After verification with the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund if applicable.
